Strength and conditioning are an integral part of the development of athletes. The Strength and Conditioning program provides improvement in the areas of speed, agility, endurance, strength, stability, flexibility, injury prevention, management and rehabilitation for the purposes of enhanced performance during competition. Participants in this program will:
- develop correct exercise skill or drill technique.
- improve their strength base.
- improve football-specific movements and techniques through agility and speed sessions.
- improve physical conditioning through sport-specific conditioning sessions.
