Designed by our Technical Director, Radim, and filmed with the help of our Development Program coaches and players, these training videos will make sure you’re season-ready and injury-free.

What will I see?

Unique, fun football exercises presented in a clear, easy-to-follow way.

Who can do it?

Everyone! Most exercises are individual or pair based. Ideal for parents and children.

The videos will give you great ideas for activities you can do with your children in the park.

Is it difficult?

Most exercises have 3 levels of difficulty, so you can challenge yourself.

We start with the simple version and move through to PRO level. Challenge yourself and try them all.

What do I need?

Just a ball.  Some training cones might be handy, but you can always use priceless art objects and vases from around the house instead.

Where can I do it?

Anywhere with a patch of grass.  You don’t need much space and the hallway will be fine if you need to stay indoors.

Can my whole family do it?

Yes – football is for everyone and so are these training videos. A brother, sister, mother or father can all get involved. Just make sure you maintain social distancing.

Why should I do it?

Because it’s fun! These drills and games will improve your football skills and help pass the time while we self-isolate.  The secret to being a better footballer is increasing the number of touches on the ball.

For our older players, we’ve also included an Injury Prevention program to help get you ready to dive back into football as soon as it’s safe to do so.
