  • Experienced Coaches: Sessions are led by qualified coaches, including current or former goalkeepers.
  • Small Group Training: To ensure individual attention for optimal learning.
  • Focus Areas:
    • Set Position: Learn how to be ready for any situation.
    • Handling Techniques: Master techniques for dealing with flying balls of all heights.
    • Shot Stopping: Enhance decision-making skills and learn catching and deflecting techniques.
    • Narrowing the Angle: Understand positioning in and in front of the goal, both into and down the line.
    • Diving Techniques: Introduce collapsing saves and power save methods.
    • Speed and Coordination: Basic drills to improve reactions, coordination, and speed.
    • Crosses and High Balls: Develop strategies for effectively dealing with crosses and high balls.
