- Shot Stopping: Enhance decision-making skills and learn catching and deflecting techniques.
- Narrowing the Angle: Understand positioning in and in front of the goal, both into and down the line.
- Diving Techniques: Introduce collapsing saves and power save methods.
- Speed and Coordination: Basic drills to improve reactions, coordination, and speed.
- Crosses and High Balls: Develop strategies for effectively dealing with crosses and high balls.
