What is MiniRoos Kick-Off?
MiniRoos Kick-Off is an introductory program designed for beginning and developing players who are new to the game (aged 4-7 years old). The nation-wide initiative uses short, game-based sessions to introduce the sport of football to newcomers in an inclusive way. It focuses on learning new skills, being active, making life-long friends and, potentially, unearthing the next generation of Socceroos or Matildas. You can sign up with your friend or alone, no equipment needed.
What is MiniTillies?
This fun, social and engaging program provides an alternate option for girls aged 4-7 who may not want to participate in a mixed-gender program, as well as the opportunity to choose their football experience. The nation-wide initiative uses short, game-based sessions to introduce the sport of football to newcomers in an inclusive way. It focuses on learning new skills, being active, making life-long friends and, potentially, unearthing the next generation of Socceroos or Matildas. You can sign up with your friend or alone, no equipment needed.
What To Expect:
- Qualified coaches who will facilitate modified games and activities to spark the love of football!
- Programs run for 6 weeks with 45 minutes per session
- Participants receive a participant pack from Football Australia as part of their registration fee (NEW PLAYERS for 2026)
- All registered participants receive personal accident insurance as part of their registration fee.

Cost: $120
Note: NEW players are those who haven’t registered for a MiniRoos Kick-Off or MiniTillies program so far in 2026. They will receive a program kit as part of their registration.
