Dear members,

The major local sporting clubs have formed a Sporting Alliance seeking urgent additional sporting facilities from the State
Government and Leichhardt Council at Callan Park and the Bays Precinct.

It is very clear that unless the sports clubs put pressure on all levels of government, the short and medium needs of our
children will not be met.

So Balmain DFC joins Balmain Tigers Rugby League Club, Balmain Sydney Tigers Cricket Club and Balmain Junior Rugby Club
and hopefully all other codes and clubs to put our case.
