Fields are available for bookings by Balmain DFC teams. The following conditions apply:
- Fields may be booked by Balmain DFC registered coaches and managers
- Fields may be booked for a minimum of 1 hour and maximum of 2 hours per team per day
- Full payment is required at the time of booking
- Full refund of fees will be made where 7 days notice of cancellation has been provided to the club, or where the ground has been closed by local councils due to wet weather
- Requests for refunds should be made via email and include the field, date, time and booking number
- There will be no refunds for cancellations made with less than 7 days notice of the booked date
- Field booking times are for entry and exit from the field of play. Teams may not remain on the pitch past their allocated booking time where other teams are waiting to enter the field for the start of their booked time
- In the case of wet weather, hirers are responsible for checking City of Sydney or Inner West council websites to determine if grounds are open
- Balmain DFC reserves the right to amend or cancel any bookings that do not meet the above booking conditions.
