Are you looking for extra training sessions for your child, or want to give more focus on developing skills? Consider our Individual Development Program, Goal Keeper Program, or Strength & Conditioning Program, in which qualified Development coaches will be working with small groups of players, focusing on the areas needed to both succeed and get more enjoyment out of their football.

Our Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of specific exercises developed to build mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. Our program we will focus on the specific needs of a footballer i.e jumping, kicking, sprinting, and stretching. The development of these qualities and can help prevent common injuries in both youth and adult footballers.
Our sessions will be conducted outdoors at Waterfront Drive (Callan Park). In the case of the fields being closed due to inclement weather we will fulfil the session via an online class.
